Job description / Role
Al Futtaim Electronics is one of the largest business houses in the GCC for brands such as National, Panasonic, Technics, Sanyo, Toshiba, AFTRON.
Techserve is a one-stop service centre of products serviced including Audio / Video systems, Office automation products, Home and Kitchen Appliances, Computers, Notebook PCs, Professional Audio/Video equipment, and Air Conditioners.
Techserve is a one-stop service centre for National, Panasonic, Technics, Sanyo, Toshiba, Aftron and many other brands. The spectrum of products serviced includes Audio / Video systems, Office automation products, Home and Kitchen Appliances, Computers, Notebook PCs, Professional Audio/Video equipment, and Air Conditioners.
It is a Sales Executive Role for MFP (copier) sales in Techserve.
The role will be accountable for:
* Meeting Target Sales.
* New Client Generation.
* Customer Service - Understanding and being sensitive to the needs of the diverse customers.
* Customer Refunds - Issue cash refunds to customers against valid sales invoices.
* Customer Repairs - Co-ordinate with suppliers for prompt delivery of product repairs and follow up with service centres.
* Security - Protect and secure company assets while dealing with customer refunds and exchanges.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have:
* A University degree.
* 3 plus years of experience as Sales Executive of product such as Printers and Copiers for various Corporate accounts as well as Government entities in Electronics in UAE / GCC.
* Customer service orientation.
* Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
