Sales Executive Used Cars - Honda - OMASCO - Oman

Omasco is represented across Oman with sales and service teams based in each key city or town. The team in Omasco is highly motivated towards trying to provide an excellent customer experience supported by regular training by the franchise Principals to ensure all products can be properly serviced and maintained.

The company holds exclusive distributorship rights in Oman for many world-class brands including Honda, Panasonic, Toyo, Yanmar, GE, Black & Decker, Raymond Weil, Kolber, Dow, Prominent, Culligan, Alba, Aftron, Hamilton Jet and ADNOC.

To support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given sales and buying targets. This role is responsible for providing first rate service to potential customers.

The main duties within the role include the following:
- Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales/buying standards for his/her area of operation, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige
- Achieve or exceed the allocated sale/buying targets
- Achieve or exceed CSI objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
- Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers. This ensures safety of cash and minimal chances of any loss
- Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems. Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of Company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base
- Constantly improve selling techniques & customer handling skills
- Maintain awareness of pre-owned industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features and benefits
- Analyze the market situation and identify customer needs
- Explore opportunities to sell and buy quality pre-owned vehicles

Requirements

* Passion and knowledge of pre-owned vehicles.
* Experience in retail or fleet sales, automotive related field.
* Degree education preferred.
* Commercial acumen with quick decision making ability.
* Good knowledge of MS Office products.
* Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Well groomed and presentable.
* Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
* Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales/buying process.
* Able to work unsupervised while following company policy and norms.
