Employment: Full Time

Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 18 years and has sole distribution Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron and Godrej in the country.This is a key position to sell Volvo cars into the many companies in Qatar. This will include sales to SME, rental companies and government.

Requirements

Achievement of allocated monthly sales targets:

* Sales achievement against targets

Sales KPI's

* Ensure that set sales KPI's are achieved (eg. prospecting, demo ratios, closing ratios, etc) 

CSI

* Ensure customers are handled professionally and efficiently at all times.
* Achieve set monthly CSI targets through following the set sales process and excellent customer handling

Finance & Insurance

* Assist the customer with options to finance their car
* Work closely with F&I business managers to sell finance and insurance products
* Ensure that completed files with all required documents are submitted to finance dept within the required time 

Follow company policies and procedures

* Ensure the documented company standard operating procedures are followed at all times and ensure that Al Futtaim policies are always adhered to.

CRM

* Ensure that all prospects all loaded into the company system and actions updated as required.
This position is important for retail showroom cars and achieving the volume growth aspirations of DOMASCO.
