Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 15 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio and Sanyo as well as Yanmar marine engines in the country.We are looking to identify a Sales Executive to join our operations in Doha.
The primary focus of the role will be to achieve or exceed allocated unit sales targets by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and assisting the Sales Manager to consolidate market share, improve brand image and strengthen brand equity.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include the following;

* Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for the assigned area of operation, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige.
* Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target for new units, accessory sales, service package sales, insurance policies and finance company deals.
* Develop new markets to generate additional customers and sales.
* Increase Institutional business channels to maximize revenue and brand image.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to increase repeat sales.
* Adhere to company sales system and prospecting system.
* Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of Company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base.
* Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers.
* Constantly improve and update your knowledge, especially regarding product range, features, and generally about trucks industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills which enhances your performance considerably.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

* Essential to have at least 2 years experience in a similar sales position in the service or trucks industry
* Able to deal effectively, openly and positively
* Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Must have good command of the English language and Arabic is preferable
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to show initiative
* Well-groomed and presentable
* Self-motivated, reliable and confident
* Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
* Competent to analyse market situation and identify customer needs
* Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
* Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales process
* Ideally holds a Degree with an engineering focus
* Thorough knowledge of MS Office products
