Employment: Full Time

Energetic, target-driven sales people are required for an international development company's new office in Dubai.

The key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
• Establishing business relationships between the real state agencies, developers and owners for the propos of buying and selling real state in the UAE.
• Being an active part in searching the best business opportunity to our foreign investors in the UAE market.
• Running negotiations in the process of writing various contracts and deals in the best interests of our firm.
• Being a part of the of our property management team which will be operating on the basis of exclusive management rights.
• Gathering the information required for a full analyses of the UAE market to be able present the market expectations during the negotiation process with both our clients and investors.
• Ability to create a network around the world and close sales.
• Very high commissions plus basic salary, car and mobile phone!

• Having a RERA license would be an advantage .otherwise a general idea about the laws and regulations of UAE real estate is a must.
• UK NATIONALS PREFERRED.
