Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objective: The mission is to sell industrial solutions to a wide variety of customers within a determined sales geographical sector. Primary responsibilities include maintaining existing customer base, develops sales and profitability within his/her sector, while achieving customer satisfaction objectives.

Main responsibilities: Maintains and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Visits potential customers for new business
- Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provides customers with quotations
- Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathers market and customer information and provides feedback on future buying trends
- Represents organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with company's managers
- Advises on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions
- Liaises with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
- Checks quantities of goods on display and in stock
- May also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities
- Records sales and order information and sends copies to the sales office
- Reviews her/his sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Desired start date: 01st August
Probation: 3 months
Working hours: Sun-Thursday 09:00 am - 6pm
Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country
Commission / Bonus: 2 months bonus

Requirements

Western Educated or Native Arabic speaker will be preferred.
Ability and desire to sell and naturally assertive.

- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience, and the ability to cope with rejection.
