Fantastic opportunity arisen within MNC looking for sales specialists in multiple disciplines.

My client who are based in the heart of Dubai are expanding their team due to great demand and the buoyant market and require:

1 x Sales Executive. This person will target the Industrial sales sector and will target the construction, industrial, trading houses sectors. This will be Business to Business Sales and working for a leading Lubricants Corporation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :-

A) NEW CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
Identify new customer in different business segments in the Market – Major construction projects, industrial projects & major trading houses.
Coordinate with Sales Manager to submit proposal.
Make joint customer calls with the Sales Manager and work towards securing the business.

B) MANAGE CURRENT PORTFOLIO
Ensure there is a seamless operation starting from identifying the customer needs to final delivery of the product.
Build relationships at all levels within the customer business to give a feel of partnership relationship.
To work towards a preferred Brand position within the industry.
To work in securing new small business by doing regular visits in the market.
Manage a business volume between 2000T to 3000 MT depending on the experience on the job.

C) MARKET INFORMATION
Provide update on the Competitor activities on a regular basis to the Sales Manager.
Participate actively in team meetings and Propose suitable strategies for increasing Market Share.
Regularly update the customer data base with new customer prospects
Report on new developments in the market in terms of projects in the region as well as new projects secured by the existing customers.
Ensure that the credit rating of the customers are in line with the company credit policy.

A Sales Executive - Marine / Shipping

You will be responsible for:

Maintaining the loyalty from existing customers by regular visits and prospecting new customers
Understanding the customer’s requirements and ensuring their complete satisfaction
Ensuring timely payments from the customers by close follow ups
Coordinating with technical/logistics & other internal dept. to ensure the best services to the customers
Gathering customer/market information and acting as information channel between company & customers
Dubai and NE is a potential and growing market for Marine business being their export hub for the Middle East.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Sales Executive - Industrial Sales
Local knowledge required
Arabic speaking required
Experience in FMCG, Lubricants, Construction, Industrial, Trading Houses
B2B sales - 2+yrs experience

Sales Executive - Marine / Shipping
Local knowledge required
Arabic is an added advantage but not required
4-5 yrs experience in sales
