The Role


The Role


A major development company is urgently seeking an energetic Sales Executive to be responsible for the execution of all sales activities in his/her own specific geographical area and/or with his/her client base. This includes achieving budgeted sales objectives as well as maintaining excellent customer relations. With the help and coordination of his/her superior, he/she is expected to execute effective sales plans/programs as approved by the Sales & Marketing Group management team.
The main accountabilities for this role include -

· Achieve sales targets.
· Report as/when required.
· Implement sales plans and programs.
· Monitor, analyse, and report key competitors’ activities.
· Provide detached, objective, authoritative information and/or advice.
· Assist in the preparation of budget plans, targets, and forecasts.
· Maintain a cost-efficient sales operation in his/her territory.
· Handle special projects as/when assigned.

This position is for a team-oriented positive-minded individual with the ability to handle pressure and demonstrate flexibility in a highly competitive, difficult, and strategically important company within Dubai World. It demands good attention-to-detail, strong interpersonal managerial skills, and constant follow-up. Preferably multi-lingual and multi-cultural, he/she must be fully computer-literate (especially with PowerPoint and Excel), analytically-minded, and persuasive at presentations. He/She must ensure that his/her superior is always informed, in an adequate, regular, and timely manner, so as to assist in decision making processes as/when required.
