Responsibilities:
• Achievement of sales targets whilst building the company’s reputation, brand and long term sustainability.
• Arrange and carry out presentations, site visits with potential clients and property offered for sale.
• Negotiate agreements with the clients as per set policies and guidelines and in coordination with respective senior management.
• Integrate sales efforts with organized marketing activities and attending and participating in events, exhibitions and conferences to generate sales.
Requirements
• Target driven and customer oriented person
• 2 years of sales experience in Dubai Real Estate
• English is a necessity, any additional languages welcomed
• RERA certified applicants preferred
• UAE Driving license
