Forrey & Galland is looking for a Sales Executive for its boutique in The Dubai Mall. A luxury confectioner of the finest tradition, Forrey & Galland has established a reputation as a trendsetter in the UAEs confectionery industry. Recognized for fashioning imaginative flavors by incorporating regional flowers, spices and fruits, the maker of handcrafted chocolates and macaroons holds the distinction of being the first confectioner to present chocolates and sweets within ornate boxed floral arrangements. Forrey & Galland is also the first and only chocolatier to provide a VIP room in its Dubai Mall boutique for the exclusivity of its valued customers.

The main job requirements of the Sales Executive are:

- Maximize the sales of the shop
- Optimization of order processing and customer service
- Achieving individual targets and common sales targets with the rest of the team in the retail unit while promoting the brand and its uniqueness in the best possible way
- Maintain the counter while selling, assisting counter sales staff and providing the best customer service
- Following up on all orders with all related departments.
- Supervising and supporting the counter staff team members.
- Following procedures for smooth production/delivery cycle to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Generating daily and periodic reports, and all related paper work.
- Reporting to the Shop Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in face to face sales or customer service (preferably from the hospitality industry, or familiar with luxury retail)
- Excellent presentation skills and be confident and assertive with clients. As a luxury provider, you must be well presented.
- The applicant must speak Arabic, and English. A good command of French is also of advantage.
- The applicant must have a valid UAE driving license. The job is based in Dubai, but requires outdoor visits to clients on a frequent basis. The applicant must also liaise with the factory.
- The ability to learn fast and be solution oriented
- The ability to work under pressure and as a team member.
- Be flexible and willing to work on shift basis, weekends and holidays.
- Be comfortable with demanding customers.
