The RoleThe RoleThe Role Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, the role of the Sales Executive is to sell the Bradfield range of products in the Gulf region. They are also required to manage and develop our database of Gulf client contacts. Full training will be given. Main Responsibilities To sell via sales leads through effective e-marketing campaigns liaising with London office & marketing department. To sell the Bradfield range of products in the region to meet agreed Gulf sales targets. To update and maintain Bradfield Groups Gulf database. To attend networking events where appropriate to promote the Company and its services in the region. To manage the Gulf client base and to build ongoing relationships with existing clients and new ones. To conduct research to develop and update the client database. To keep appraised with Bradfield Groups product set including course content, venues, staffing & other issues. To handle customer service issues appropriately and where needed to pass them to the correct person. To provide accurate & regular feedback on sales and clients to Global Sales Manager. To manage office logistics. Must be able to work on own initiative and unsupervised. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications Educated preferably to university level. Key Skills and Knowledge Sales experience 6 months minimum Database management experience Ability to communicate effectively by telephone Consistent record of sales achievement Strong administrative skills Attention to required reporting detail IT Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and web Act! or other client contact management system Good cultural awareness Self-Starter - Motivated |
