The RoleThe Role1. Attend to showroom visitors or customers and answer their inquiries with regard to product specifications, pricing and payment methods. Demonstrates product in accordance with procedures. 2. Keeping the record of customer information for customer call reports. 3. Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables. 4. Arranging test drives for customers and ride along in order to demonstrate the features and options of the car. 5. Responsible for consolidating the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal. 6. Responsible for arranging visual displays within the showroom to appeal to prospective buyers 7. Overall in charge in preparing proposals / quotations based on customer’s requirements and standard technical specification. 8. Monitor and reports on market trends and competitor activity. 9. Require to complete paperwork that the dealership requires and to help car buyers complete finance applications and any paperwork that may be required to sell a car, along with following up and ensuring favorable customer satisfaction. |
