Job description / Role
- Designing/implementing sales plans to accommodate department goals for company services. Directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
- Advise warehouse operations to maintain high volume along with increased turnover and enhanced customer satisfaction, particularly of high net worth customers.
- Formulating and controlling budgetary allocations for the department, establishing/ meeting company objectives through training and motivation of employees.
- Creating cost-effective advertising programs and strategies to acquire major sales opportunities. Monitoring daily logs to verify sales on a regular basis and providing management reports pertaining to the same.
- Overseeing warehouse inventory in coordination with sales/marketing personnel. Tracking inventory to ensure sufficient space to meet demand and meeting abnormal demand situations.
- Scrutinizing sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) and conferring with representatives accountable for achieving targets.
- Acting as primary contact with Business Development Manager for all sales issues and keeping abreast of government & international commercial laws to ascertain their effect on company sales & marketing performance.
Requirements
- Experience in Logistic Services (Warehousing and Distribution)
- must have Transferable Residency (Iqama)
- Must have a car

- MS Office Applications & Internet Usage, Project/Outlook.
- Strong Leadership, Team Building, Creative Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking & Comm. Skills
- Able to read/write in English and Arabic
- willing to start immediately
- University Degree Graduate in similar fields
- 3-5 years experience in similar position
