Job description / Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive for LaFarge to be based in Ras Al-Khaimah (UAE). You would be required to achieve sales agreement related to the assigned segments in order to realize the annual predefined budgeted figures through understanding customers needs and market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with customers to finalize sales agreements based on company policy.
- Monitor sales targets and maintain relationship with customers in order to achieve continuous and profitable business relationship.
- Monitor to co ordinate with customers in order to maintain sales performance with regard to volume lifting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure correct distribution amongst the segments, area, and customers size that is ultimately affecting the profitability.
- To monitor on daily basis customers credit facility in order to avoid stoppage of supply.
- Co ordinate with finance in order to understand customers financial situation that facilitate and smoothen business.
- Gather market information pertaining to customers and competitive activities.
- Market analysis understanding through market trend knowledge( projects price trend customers behaviours market changes)
- Timely & correctly fill the regular reporting system as implemented by the Company.
- Manage to keep good and long term relationship with existing customers in order to facilitate company pricing policy implementation flexible and successful.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Economics, Science or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Problem solving, negotiation skills, geographical knowledge of UAE, good knowledge of commercial conditions of UAE market.
- Communication skills, Presentation skills, PC skills.
- Cement Industry experience will be preferred.
