Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintaining and increasing sales of The Company in UAE.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for the UAE market.
- Obtaining customers and sales projects orders.
- Acquiring and following up new direct sales projects to The Company.
- Following up indirect sales won and in live projects by The Company's distributer in UAE.
- Following up sales orders.
- Developing sales plans.
- Presenting products to customers.
- Screening the UAE market for potential sales projects opportunities.
- Tracking sales projects through CRM.
- Preparing quotations, submittals according to the company policy and standards.
- Negotiating price offers and discounts in line with the company selling strategy.
- Maintaining and servicing existing customers accounts.
- Establishing new accounts and expanding customer database.
- Servicing the needs and demands of customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, designers, architects and developers through regular contact and visits.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to UAE market.
- Providing customers with catalogues, price lists and all required materials and printouts.
- Evaluating customers' showrooms and product displays.
- Providing customers with branding and marketing tools.
- Analyzing sales trends.
- Collecting market information regarding customers' preferences, delivery times, and variation in prices.
- Collecting customers' feedback.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Keeping track of customers' information and update customer profiles.
- Conducting periodical sales reports.
- Forecasting future trends in customers' needs/behaviour.
- Following sales leads.
- Performing market research.
- Representing The Company at various events such as trade events, local and international exhibitions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing.
- 5-7 years experience in related fields in Kingdom of UAE Arabia.
- Good knowledge of UAE procedures for receiving or delivering goods.
- Understanding of GCC trade and market demands is important.
- Strong communication and socializing skills.
- Outstanding persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High presentation skills.
- A professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and carry out multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to build rapport easily with customers from different backgrounds.
- Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member.
- Ability to work and handle customers under stress and meet deadlines.

The ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers in effective English language; verbal and written communication skills.

The job requires traveling across UAE according to scheduled customers meetings, events, and exhibitions.
