The RoleThe RoleLeading Building Materials Manufacturer Location: UAE Competitive Expatriate Salary Package + Benefits Our client, a leading Building Materials Manufacturer who specialise in providing innovative tailor made, turn-key manufacture and installation solutions to the construction industry; currently seeks a Sales Executives for their operations in the UAE. This firm is currently experiencing significant growth at this time. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the proven performer we seek will be responsible to: • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current client and prospect new clients to generate new business for the company’s product. • Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients. • Research sources for developing prospective clients and for information to determine their potential. • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. • Analyze the territory / market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective client's value to the company. • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities. • Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services available in the market. • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports about sales activities, visits, customer listing and sales progress. • Achieve Sales Targets / KPI’s. |
RequirementsRequirements• Candidates must possess a relevant degree with 3 years experience in sales and marketing in the construction and building materials experience with kitchen solutions being an advantage. Candidates must have a proven track record in sales. • An exceptional communicator, with strong commercial acumen and excellent networks within the construction/building supply solutions industry. The ability to work across various levels of management and within a multi-cultural environment is required. • Excellent Client Service Orientation with strong Influencing and change leadership skills. • Results oriented and committed to winning business through exceptional customer service • Well organized with high attention to detail, coupled with excellent territory and time management skills • A good command of English language with Arabic language skills being highly regarded essential • Experience working in the Middle East is preferred • Proficiency in using MS office and Software. • Must be willing to travel (10-20% of role) A competitive salary package will be offered to attract exceptional candidates to this growth organization.
