Overview
Multinational FMCG business in Dubai is looking for an Analyst to provide financial support to the ME Sales team. They will specialize in specific areas including In Market Sales, Stock Management, Trade Spend and FP&A.
The Role
•Prepare and report on In Market Sales Country & Brand Analytics – identify risks & opportunities in the monthly and year forecasts.
•Assist in closing and reporting the month end Gross Sales, or Trade Investment & Net Revenue by Country and Brand.
•Ensure Distributor In Market Sales & stock days are complete.
•Drive the sales budget and forecast processes, providing challenge & support to the sales teams. Ensure the accuracy of plans and forecasts.
•Challenge customer contracts ensuring appropriate ROI and profit generation
•Provide technical financial support to the Sales teams ensuring management of Country and Customer P&L and ROI analysis on commercial activities.
•Build strong working relationships with the commercial team.
•Manage Trade spend in line with Plan challenging the relevant budget holders to deliver Plan P&L and appropriate Return on Investments.
•Ensure robust internal control processes are in place on Trade Spend.
•Travel to Dubai 50% of the time for the first 18 months.
Requirements
•MUST be CIMA or ACA qualified.
•MUST have similar commercial experience in working with In Market Sales.
•Excellent system and technical knowledge.
•MUST have industry experience, ideally within FMCG. Candidates without industry experience will not be considered.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Happy to travel up to 50% of the time to Dubai for the first 18 months.
