Sales Lead Generator - UAE

Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Generator to join their busy and fast growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have worked in a target based Telesales environment and demonstrated good performance with targets achieved and exceeded. You will be extremely confident and professional on the telephone with the ability to build rapport easily, overcome objections and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations. Full training will be provided.
- Develop potential / new business via telephone and mass communication to identify pertinent buyers within the target
- Follow up and execute research to identify potential prospects
- Identify pain points to determine solutions
- Identify key buying influences within these prospects to determine budget
- Build relationships with potential and existing clients
- Work with the Management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet goals and targets
- Handle data for prospective clients in CRM, guaranteeing all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
- Prepare and evaluate sales pipeline reports

Requirements

- 1 - 2 years telemarketing and /or inside sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and /or exceed determined sales targets
- A proven track record of strong client relationship building
- Excellent client service skills
- Outstanding and effective communication skills
- Positive attitude to work
- Self Motivated and conscientious, as well as determination and the ability to work within a busy and fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal skill and an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to communicate at ALL levels
- Preference, Western Educated

Package:
- Basic plus commissions
- Ongoing incentives
