Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- BE + MBA (preferred) with Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- 12+ years of work experience in the IT industry from leading Indian/Global IT services company
- Should have a strong network of local corporate clients in KSA.
- Min of 4-5 years of experience in selling IT services. Should have worked for at least 2-3 years in the KSA market
- Should have worked on proposals worth at least $ 4M- $5M and above. Should have closed deals worth at least $1M. 100% track record of Target Achievement and number driven
- Should have worked and have basic domain understanding across the industry verticals.
- Should have good technology understanding in ERP, CRM, EDW, Portal, Content Mgmt., EAI, ADMS, Testing and IT IS
- Should have the ability to actively support the presales team on proposals and review the proposals independently
- Good Negotiation Skills, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated and High Energy person with a passion to achieve his goals. Should be Result Oriented and Go getter
- Should have a good understanding of the regional culture
- Should have a strong relationship with Middle East Principal Alliances
- Must have CXO level connects and strong network of client connects in KSA
- 10+ years experienced senior manager/executive in Information Technology services Outsourcing, offshoring, managed services, professional/consulting services with Enterprise Customers in the region.
- Strong technical acumen with sales experience and ability to solution customer requirements at a macro level
- Experience in managing RFI/RFP response process
- Exposure to various pricing models
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with ability to operate in a virtual team structure
- Motivated, self-starter who does not require significant oversight
- Min 3yrs of experience in IT Services

- Specialist knowledge: Should have good technology understanding in ERP, CRM, EDW, Portal, Content Mgmt., EAI, ADMS, Testing and IT IS
