Environmental and Combustion Controls (ECC) is part of Automation and Control Solutions (ACS), a $15.9 billion strategic business group of Honeywell. ECC provides integrated product solutions in energy management, heating and heating processes, ventilation, cooling and refrigeration, air purification, zoning, humidification, air conditioning, water controls and processes, electrical devices and systems, lighting control, switches, sensors and controllers. Our technologies are found in more than 150 million homes, 10 million buildings, and thousands of manufacturing plants around the world. Customers include original equipment manufacturers, commercial, homeowners, contractors, retail, trade building managers, consulting engineers and distributors.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the entire Lower Gulf region (Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, UAE and Oman ) within Electrical products business
Responsible for developing strategies for growth, managing sales organization, supporting in the development of Strap /AOP and driving growth and profits across the territories
Sales and Commercial Leader will be required to manage and develop sales channels, implement demand generation and key account management activities
He will be closely interacting with the ME leadership with regards to matters related to sales organization
Drive relationships at senior management level within the Gulf Area
Drive pricing excellence, Sales force deployment, geographical expansion and margin growth
Interact with major MEP contractors, developers; Consultants will be a key priority in this role
Monthly reports, Projects /Channel sales reviews with his team and the leadership will be key tasks
Implementing channel /customer expansion, market based pricing, implementing initiatives
The candidate is expected to travel 50% + of his time regionally

Requirements

Qualifications:

Should have Electrical Engineering degree with post graduate management qualifications
Post Graduate Management qualification (Strategy, International Business specialization) with Electrical Engineering background.
12 -15 years of sales/managerial experience in Low voltage electrical /Wiring Accessories/ Cable management Products
Have worked in Senior Sales Management roles and should have experience in channel management, demand generation within Construction Industry
Strong regional exposure and working with major MNCs or British standards market will be a key advantage.
Candidate should be willing to travel extensively and also should demonstrate past achievement in managing people, Growth.
Native English speaker or Arabic Language is a must
Should have Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree with post graduate management qualifications
Exposure to manufacturing organization locally or internationally will be a key advantage
Should be dynamic and demonstrate experience in dealing with multinational and multi cultural
