Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

An opportunity with a leading Qatari shareholding company and a reputed master developer in the premium real estate industry.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales, you will be responsible to organise, direct and manage the sales activities to achieve agreed sales targets. Motivate the sales team to achieve the planned sales targets of the company's products within the agreed price structure or below budgeted costs. Assist the General Manager in the development of marketing strategies and sales campaigns that will support the established sales targets. Represent the sales functions views and needs in the ongoing development of overall company policy and contribute in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and sales plan.

Prepare plans and budgets for sales of the company's products for approval. Following approval insure the plans are fully implemented. Develop, with immediate subordinates, realistic sales forecasts for the company's products as a basis for the annual budget, and to take whatever action is required within pre-set expenditure limits to ensure that those targets are achieved. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer to facilitate business and address any customer complaint. Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays. Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to those concerned.

Requirements

- A degree in Business Administration, or Marketing (or equivalent) from a reputable university
- At least 7 years of sales & leasing field experience, preferably in Qatar
- The ability to plan and negotiate with knowledge of the real estate market
- Leadership skills
- Relationship building skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Arabic
