The RoleThe RoleHonda is one of the UAE's most popular automotive brands and enjoys a presence here dating back to the 1970's when it was introduced by the Al-Futtaim family. Honda's presence in the market has grown considerably, aided of course by excellent products - a car for every occasion, motorcycles, marine motors and other power products to make lives easier. We are the sole distributor for all Honda products in the UAE and our nationwide network of showrooms cover the country to enable everybody to experience and enjoy the Honda range of products easily and conveniently.We are currently looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our Honda Motorcycles & Power Products Team in Dubai. The main responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to : * To prepare weekly / monthly reports using MS office & SAP. * Coordinate with our Logistics partners, Ports & Customs, banks and other related departments for prompt clearance of inbound shipments. * Facilitate outbound shipments. Preparation & tracking of documents linked to outbound movement of goods. * Able to work under own initiative, timelines and set guidelines. * Willing to support and assist in the new technology introduction. |
RequirementsRequirementsSpecifically, qualified candidates should possess the following experience, skills and competencies: * Graduate of any discipline. * Experience in Logistics, Preparation of Reports. * Knowledge of documentation with UAE Ports & customs. * Must have good communication skills, multi - tasked and highly motivated to work. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel. * Knowledge of ERP system like SAP, Web based applications, will be an added advantage. * Worked in an environment following process & systems. * Innovative & Creative in generating reports. * Analytical & Solutions-driven approach. * Possess a UAE Driving License. |
