Job description / Role

Air-Conditioning division is a Multi-disciplinary division taking turnkey contracts involving Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning for various segments like Villas, Multi-storied buildings, warehouses, process cooling, computer rooms, electronics telephone exchanges etc. The division is supported by a team of highly trained Sales managers, Planning and Installation Engineers, Technician and Helpers.
Backed by a large fleet of fully equipped mobile service vehicles, the division also caters to all needs of warranty & after sales services and also undertakes maintenance contracts
Based in Abu Dhabi the Sales Manager would be responsible for:
* Developing new business ventures thus generating continuous sales opportunities
* Liaising with existing and new consultants and contractor
* Designing, estimating and executing chilled water projects in Abu Dhabi
Requirements
* Must be an Arabic speaker
* Must have a Bachelors in Engineering or Electronics
* Must have 10 plus years of experience in Sales of in unitary products or chilled water especially district cooling
* Must have a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
* Must have minimum of 3-4 years experience in Abu Dhabi market with contacts from consultants , developers and building owners
* Must have knowledge of HVAC design & estimation
* Must be competent in MicroSoft , Excel & PowerPoint
