Sales Manager - Air conditioning & Projects - OMASCO - Oman

Omasco is represented across Oman with sales and service teams based in each key city or town. The team in Omasco is highly motivated towards trying to provide an excellent customer experience supported by regular training by the franchise Principals to ensure all products can be properly serviced and maintained.

The company holds exclusive distributorship rights in Oman for many world-class brands including Honda, Panasonic, Toyo, Yanmar, GE, Black & Decker, Raymond Weil, Kolber, Dow, Prominent, Culligan, Alba, Aftron, Hamilton Jet and ADNOC.

Job Objective:
- The objective of this position is to exceed sales target for various products and build a robust order pipeline across products and customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sales Engineers.
- Designing and Estimation of DX air conditioning projects with experience in selection of HVAC products like VRF Systems, AHU-Condensing units, Fan Coil Units etc.
- Well versed with HVAC design applications and heat load calculations. Should have skills to put together, design and build proposals.
- Grow revenue from each client and build a balanced portfolio of clients across industries and geographies to de-risk revenue growth
- Identify and develop new markets and client opportunities
- Track competitors and their strategies and build on the Companys market share in each product
- Deliver sales efficiencies by maximizing revenue per client, deal size and through each Sales Engineer.

Requirements

Skills:
- Sound Technical knowledge on DX and Chilled Water HVAC Systems
- Expertise in customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent man management and team building skills
- Conversant with competition analysis and benchmarking
- Familiar with assessment of barriers to entry
- Excellent data and trend Analysis
- Usage of computing applications, internet marketing techniques and Microsoft Office applications
- Gulf experience together with valid Omani driving licence preferred

Educational/Technical Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Post Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of experience
