Job description / Role
Working for this multinational cosmetics brand as the Sales Manager for KSA based in Jeddah, you will be reporting to the GM and your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Successfully manage a large sales force in KSA consisting of sales supervisors, executives and merchandisers
- Achieve double digit growth in terms of the sell-in and sell-out across retailers
- Work very closely with the retailers across KSA to maximise sales and profitability
- Sustain the strong reputation and image of the brand in the marketplace.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Knowledge of and experience in the KSA market
- Sales experience in the beauty/cosmetics, retail or FMCG industry ; experience in the beauty sector is advantageous
- A successful track record in improving sales and growing a business
