Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established company in the UAE offering turnkey integration solutions across telecommunication and information technology. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager for their office in Dubai.
As part of this role you will be held accountable for developing, implementing and monitoring the yearly sales strategy and plan. You will also be required to lead a Team of Sales Executives and Account Managers to achieve the set objectives. This will include identifying marketing and sales strategies cascaded from corporate strategic directions. Additionally you will work alongside the Country Manager in the development of the annual sales plan. You will also meet with the Sales Team on a bi-weekly basis to review target achievements and decide on corrective and preventative measures.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree in engineering, business administration or related fields. You should have at least 7 years documented sales success across the fields of IT, communication and networking including at least 2 years experience managing a Sales Team with direct reports. Knowledge of the UAE market would be highly advantageous.
