Charterhouse is working with a global market leader in commercial and residential flooring. With an established presence in the Middle East through distributors and an excellent reputation with consultants, our client is looking to hire a regional representative who will manage their distributors and client base as well as develop new business.

As Sales Manager you will be the sole person based in the Middle East while liaising with the head office in the UK. You will manage an existing client base as well as increase channels and a network in order to grow sales and revenue in this region. You will travel extensively to manage the customer base in all the GCC countries working closely with dealers, direct customers, consultants, Architects and interior fit out companies.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be business minded with a sales background selling either building products or interiors. You should have experience and understanding of the construction industry and be able to deal with and sell to Architects and professionals. Additionally, you should have solid Middle East experience and relationships with relevant distribution partners in this field. Due to the travel requirements only male candidates will be considered and our client has stated a preference for a candidate on single status between the ages of 25-35. It is essential you are a business and sales professional who can speak both Arabic and English and ideally a third language. This is a management level role requiring understanding of the commercial side to the business.
