Job description / Role
Sales Manager Automotive Spare Parts and Technical Services (Native Arabic Only)
Grow the sales business of spare parts and technical services within the dedicated sales area
Professionally manage the sales to achieve the annual sales targets for his region
Promote company products, do direct sales with customers (Promoting, Quoting, Contracting)
Manage the current customer base and setup new customer relations and partner cooperation’s
Setup a customer categorization scheme for different market segments (Trucks, Buses, Spare parts, Construction Machines, etc.) and contribute to the pricing structure for each customer in accordance to the company's pricing guidelines.
Make strategic Sales plans and support the management in defining periodic business plans and annual budgets
Represent company's Services at trade fairs, summits and events if required
Gather market information and data about competitors
Requirements
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent / Engineering background preferred: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
A minimum of 3-5 years Channel Sales experience with commodities, preferred with automotive Spare Parts.
Proactive personality, hands on mentality, self motivated
Organized, target oriented, able to work under pressure
Visionary, able to define goals and present these
Experience with MS Office: Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Mobility Requirements:
Valid KSA Driver's license
Position based in KSA
Able to travel within the GCC
