Employment: Full Time

Sales Manager will be accountable for developing and implementing effective sales strategies alongside the Network Development Manager and the Country Manager. Because this is a new brand in the Middle East markets, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the company's sales plan, recruitment of the Sales team and ongoing monitoring of the dealership network's performance.

Directly involved with the marketing department, you will be a key part of the execution of the overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a senior automotive professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record as a Sales Manager in the car manufacturing or retail sector. Previous experience managing a dealership network, growing vehicle sales and increasing the consumer experience is essential as this role is 100% focused on new vehicle sales. Aftersales candidates are welcome to apply if they have had worked managing a dealership network in the past. Due to headquarters being based in Asia, candidates with Asia experience or exposure will be highly regarded.

- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Be tertiary qualified (ideal)
- Have a resilient personality and a drive to achieve
- Possess people management skills
- Have experience in vehicle importation and distribution

* Candidates who are fluent in Arabic will be highly regarded.
