Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for the company, product range or designated market, to maximise growth and profitability opportunities with existing and new customers across existing and new geographies and channels by driving 4Ps execution of existing product portfolio with aggressive development of new margin enhancing products range. Responsible for market share, Net Revenue, Operating Profit and A/R collection targets of the organisation

• Structuring, Recruitment, Management by Objectives (MBO), Tracking Measures and benchmarking vs. KPIs, Coaching and Leading of the Sales Team to assure highest performance and customer service standards
• Development and execution of Route to Market incl. Egypt and coverage plan
• Strict implementation of Commercial Policy to achieve full compliance and to optimise Trade Investments (TRIO positive index).
• Execution of RADAR – market intelligence system to track 5Ps activities of competition
• Driving and maximizing profitably via in filed 5Ps ( Presence, Placement, Price, Promotion, People-Customers) execution to gain market share
• Proactive A/R management
• Full responsibility for client relationship management (CRM)
• Management and expansion of the domestic and export sales base across channels and products
• Management of tenders in coordination with Purchasing, Finance and Supply Chain for preparation of documents, Manufacturing for production of goods and Supply Chain to ensure timely supply to customer
• Support development of new products for the market/channels through Category Development in coordination with Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Developing annual budgets, quarterly forecast and Monthly rolling Demand Plans and reporting results of department
• Contribution to key projects like Squeeze, X-Trim , Expandia

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

Minimum Experience:

• 10 years functional experience out of which 5 years should be in an equivalent Management level

• Strong and successful experience in business to business sales
