A leading European pre-packed and frozen foods manufacturer is looking to appoint a manager based in Bahrain to manage Key accounts and grow this expanding business

General Summary:
Coordinates sales of the company's products and services in Bahrain Saudi and Kuwait Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
Based in Bahrain he Collaborates with the Pan Euro Foods MENA Managing Director in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. DETAILS OF

FUNCTION:
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the Managing Director for Pan Euro MENA.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Collaborates with the Managing Director to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Collaborates with the Managing Director to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Reviews expenses and recommends economies.

REPORTING: Reports directly to the Pan Euro Foods MENA Managing Director.

Requirements

- Native language English A university degree in Marketing or Business Studies is preferred; or a minimum of two years of related experience or training in the Food sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- A valid drivers

Salary up to 2000BD Villa and Car provided, monthly bonus 1% of sales min 2,000BD achievable per month ticket medical.
