Sales Manager - Brokerage Division

Job description / Role

Salary: up to 24,000 plus benefits

One of our most prestigious clients a Real Estate Developers in RAK is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage a team of 4 to 5 and develop sales and leasing in their residential units.

Working with a rich base of clients and working with high end property in one of the most beautiful locations in the UAE, you will be responsible for leading, training and motivating a team of brokers using tried and tested marketing techniques to increase the sales to investors and direct owners and also ensure that landlords and investors properties are properly looked after.

This is a new role, so you will also need to review all processes and systems in the company and ensure that all areas are complied with. Being able to create strategic plan for the development and ability to increase sales will be important along with meeting company goals

This role will open doors and opportunities as they are growing and having many new projects come to life in the company.

Job Responsibilities
- Establishing Budgets for the department and Forecasting sales activity
- Designing marketing propositions
- Team Management and training and motivation
- Strategic planning for high end property sales and leasing
- Sign off and review of Review and confirmation of all contracts and legal documents

Requirements

- 5-8 years experience in property sales in a senior role
- Business Degree and Certifications in real estate
- Working knowledge of real estate sales laws
- Driven, and excellent relationship builder
- Flexible, Humble but target driven
- Ability to develop strong teams
- Ability to negotiate
