Millar Cameron is the global leader in recruitment for Emerging Markets, focusing on regions such as Africa, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Supporting some of the largest Agricultural firms around the world in their operations we are always in search of new talent with specific skillsets.

At present one of our key clients requires a Sales Manager / Commodities Trader for their operations in the Middle East and Africa responsible for the sales and trading of agricultural commodities.

The Sales Manager / Commodities Trader will be primarily involved in the sales / trading of fodder crops including Alfalfa and Hay.

You will be based in the Middle East representing our clients portfolio throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The key responsibilities of the Sales Manager / Commodities Trader:
- Ensure the effective sales and trading of the companys agricultural commodities.
- Create a viable and effective distribution strategy including all aspects of sales and marketing and procurement.
- Develop new clients and customers as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships
- Liaise regularly with senior management all information for sales vs targets and other financial figures.

Requirements

- Must have experience in Agricultural Commodities such as Alfalfa, Hay and other Fodder Crops.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven track record of effective sales / commodity trading.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients throughout the EMEA Region.
