Debenhams is the leading department store business from the UK. They offer aspirational merchandise in all departments at affordable prices.

The Role:

Provides direction and ensures co-operation between Store/Assistant Sales Managers. Ensures Assistant Sales Managers deliver the highest possible levels of customer service in store.

Responsibilities:
* Ensures store achieves defined stockloss targets.
* Carries out all loss prevention activities as defined by their stockloss action plans.
* Constantly seeks to improve staff awareness of stockloss issues.
* Actively seeks out and implements any additional opportunities to reduce stockloss.
* Accurately and efficiently communicates any stock issues, ideas or recommendations to operations managers or brand teams.
* Actively seeks out and exploits any additional opportunities to promote sales.
* Sales and market analysis.
* Promotional strategy.
* Margin Management.
* Team supervision and Coaching.

Requirements


Requirements


* Minimum of 5 years experience in the retail environment.
* Good Management Skills.
* Commercially aware and evidence that you drive decisions through analysis of commercial information.
