The RoleThe Role•Manage the Sales team to achieve maximum growth across all available inventory. •Prepare the development of the annual business plan & financial budget and manage the actual ongoing results in accordance to the budget. •Develop and manage the execution of marketing plan to achieve business objectives and results. •Develop standard operating procedures to ensure consistency throughout all area’s of service delivery. •Manage the sourcing & qualification of prospective tenants in accordance with the desired tenant profile. •Develop, update and present sales and leasing reports to Senior Management. •Develop and manage a network of contacts. •Posses a thorough understanding of products & services to fulfill business objectives. •Conduct site inspections with potential tenants & owner’s apartments & explain services available. •Conduct familiarisation with industry partners to create awareness of product. •Maintain an in depth understanding of the UAE government legislation surrounding leasing & tenancy guidelines & implement any changes when & where necessary. •Develop close working relationships with fellow team members & employees from other key departments. •Attend industry trade shows, functions & promotions as directed. •Manage the induction of new staff into the team & company. •Achieve effective communication by briefing & debriefing employees, managing regular departmental meetings & actively encouraging transparent communication throughout your team & other departments within the company. |
RequirementsRequirements•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate or similar related field. •Computer literacy required. Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint. •Minimum 5 years experience in property management or property sales including thorough understanding of property market sales and rental price structures. •Proven track record of sales/negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. |
