Job description / Role
Sales Manager - Electronics Protection (Data Center and Structure Cabling)
The holder of the position is responsible for leading the discovery, deployment and growth of sales for Pentair Electronics Protections product brand Schroff
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales target for the Region and Markets.
- Identify new growth opportunities for assigned Global Key Accounts.
- Develop an understanding of market trends and the competitive environment
- Commercially manage sales margins for best return and business growth.
- Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team of existing and new distributors & system integrators.
- Lead Customer consultations and negotiations.
Administration:
- Provide monthly sales reports including partner, customer and probability of winning.
- Provide Sales opportunities and market/competitive analysis reports.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have strong customer & consultant orientation.
- Good time management skills.
- University Degree preferred in Computer / Electronics Engineering.
