The RoleThe RoleSales Manager required to work for a leading distributor of European Automotive Spare Parts based in Dubai. Your role will be to develop and execute the sales plan as part of the growth strategy of the Company; maintain high level of relationship with all clients and suppliers and provide market intelligence to management for making profitable business decisions. You responsibilities will include: • Develop sales plan with profitability analysis and execute accordingly • Develop commercial process; highlight risks and implement mitigation measures • Visit customers on a regular basis; Find ways of sales growth quarterly • Recommend profitable Price levels, Credit limits and Payment terms • Provide management various monthly reports; margins, back log, lost orders • Prepare monthly analysis on fast moving and slow moving stock to ensure availability of adequate stock level of fast moving/high margin items • Provide guidance and support to sales support team as appropriate • Develop key objectives with execution targets for quarterly measurement • Visit different locations in GCC for business growth as required • Other tasks as assigned from time to time. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have extensive experience selling European Spare Parts within the Middle East. Ideally you will have experience with the following brands: Behr, Wabco, Bilstein, BWP, Hella. In addition you will ideally be educated to MBA level. |
