Sales Manager - FMCG Foods / HORECA
Our client is an FMCG foods production, packaging and distribution organisation with a strong presence in the Gulf region.
Only candidates with a stable career history in sales will be considered candidates with numerous and short term positions will not be considered for this role
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth for food products within the hospitality industry, creating a healthy pipeline of enquiries, proposals and closed business presentations
- Develop sales proposals, tenders, bids and presentations
- Working closely with the Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products to clients and manage any issues
- Business planning developing sales forecasts and budgets to meet revenue targets
- Supporting the sales team in the development of regional sales programs to meet the sales teams revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 - 5 years experience in a sales management role in the FMCG / HORECA industry for luxury products in the Gulf, Levant or MENA region towards sales growth through new and renewed business
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience of developing sales plans and budgets
- Effective management of sales teams
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Candidate Profile
- Must be living in the Gulf, Levant or MENA region
- Fluency in English is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Stable career history - candidates with numerous and short term positions will not be considered for this role
