Job description / Role
Facility Management company in UAE is new and they are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their organisation.
This person will be reporting into the FM General Manager and will be based in the UAE.
The successful candidate will direct the FM sales efforts and advise on marketing programs as well as develop (and maintain) strong relationships with customers in the UAE.
- Responsible for all activities related to the development and execution of strategic plans for sales, retention and communication
- Drive sales growth and additional avenues to promote the growth of the Company brand
- The person will actively pursue and sell complex solutions/offers to the organisations existing and new client base in UAE.
- Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field
- Monitor sales trends and product performance results
Requirements
- The successful candidate will hold a degree in facilities management, mechanical engineering or similar qualifications
- Must have at least 7 years related experience in Facilities Management within UAE
- Must have at least 3 years successful sales experience
- Strong Sales and Marketing background
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and superb influencing abilities
- Customer-focused and target driven, you must have the desire to meet and exceed targets with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the effective completion of company objectives
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and listening skills
