Employment: Full Time

We are currently working in partnership with a market leader within the Food and Beverage Dairy Industry in KSA to recruit a Sales Manager based in Khobar to manage a larger Region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure the daily operation and service given to customers in your designated country of operation is of the highest quality.
- Set clear direction for Area Sales Managers by defining and communicating sales targets for each specific area.
- Ensure that your sales areas operate cost effectively and yield maximum results by regularly reviewing route and area performance and the factors that drive cost effectiveness and sales performance (e.g call rates, stock rotation).
- Increases sales turnover in your respective regions by actively identifying and exploiting new business potential in the area.
- Contributes to better management decision making by preparing and presenting timely market related reports as required by the Sales Director and Marketing Managers.
- Contributes to the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting process by providing the NSM with timely and accurate budget proposals and forecasts.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you will have experience within the GCC, ideally KSA and in the chilled sector whereby you have effectively managed short shelf-life products in a senior sales position within the Food and Beverage Industry.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Director and have direct managerial responsibility for up to 6 Area Sales Managers and 100 plus indirect staff. You will be required to maximise the sales potential for the organisation in your agreed territory and to ensure a positive image of the business is communicated to all stakeholders associated with this established market leading business.

- Minimum of 8 years sales experience within the FMCG market ideally within dairy or short shelf life goods
- Minimum of 2 years GCC sales experience
- Be based in or willing to relocate to Khobar, KSA
- Degree level educated with exceptional communication skills
- A good understanding of trade marketing and distribution models.
