Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Reports to the National Sales Manager, must be a professional who shares the same passion as we do for Customer Excellence.
2. Forecast weekly/monthly sales plan, get it approved by National Sales Manager and achieve sales targets on a constant basis. Provide sales plan to procurement for arranging imports for imported products.
3. To continuously study market behavior for every product and determine selling prices and sales volume.
4. Continuously strive to increase product range and add new customers.
5. Ensure best product quality and service to customers.
6. Manage and Control team of fresh fish sellers in markets across UAE, monitor their performance and support their activities.
7. Gather market intelligence and evaluate plans and forecasts in order to tune up the same in accordance with market trends and conditions.
8. Maintain excellent relationship with Key accounts, negotiate and attain promotions, carry out promotion activities at key account stores across UAE, promote asmak brand products.
9. Negotiate annual contracts with key accounts.
10. Manage stock levels in co-ordination with other sales channels and ensure that there is zero % disposal or freezing or products.
11. Conduct regular market visits to study market dynamics, competitive environment, product movement and performance, team performance etc. and report.
12. Ensure that all sale proceeds are accounted, reconciled, collected and submitted to finance department.
13. Must be familiar with the local regulations, business practices, market environment, documentation requirements.
14. Continuously look forward for new business opportunities.
15.Ensure good customer relationship management / regular status update.
16.Penetrate untapped market opportunities in assigned.
13. Co-ordinate with logistic, production and supply chain departments for regular and smooth supply of fresh seafood products and avoid overstock or under stock situations.
14. Manage customer complaints, follow up internally, make effective communication with customers and address complaints to the satisfaction of customers.
15. Co-ordinate with concerned departments, Head of exports, Finance in quality claim or other similar situations and handle the matter to solve in fair and equitable manner.

Requirements

1. Graduate from a recognized university
2. 5-10 years working experience in a similar role.
3. Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Driving license is must.
5. Good knowledge of sales & marketing, inventory management, planning and organizing skills.
6. Good oral and written communication skills.
