Employment: Full Time

Morgan McKinley is looking for a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager for Gases (preferably experienced in Helium sales and distribution) in a Multinational Natural Gas Production and Distribution Company. The successful candidate will be involved in business generation, customer acquisition and maintenance of existing customer base. To thrive in this position, you must have experience and knowledge in the natural gas production and distribution industry.

SALARY: DHS 20,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly research and understand prospects products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives, overall business requirements and develop sales plan with the Commercial manager.
- Thorough analysis of sales data and target qualification.
- Develop client visits plans from the analysis and arrange prospective visit goals with regards to the sales target
- Prepare and present reports from the client visits to the Area Sales Manager.
- Develop efficient and effective ways to speed up the negotiation process.
- Actively promote the Companys goods and services to prospective heads of organizations.
- Thorough competition analysis and reports in comparison to the companys performance and develop new ways to exceed the competitors.
- Proactively research and understand the latest trends and sales reports in the natural gas sector.
- Proactively seek new ways to improve processes related to the departments sector and functional areas.
- Support the accounting and finance department in efficient processing of client payments.

Requirements

- University Degree covering Business Management or Engineering.
- Must have Technical Sales experience for a minimum of 3 years as well as experience in Gases.
- The ideal candidate must be an exceptional negotiator.
- Great communication skills in English both verbally and written.
- The ideal candidate must be analytical and be a good problem solver.
- Ability to work proactively to generate leads and follow through to sale closing.
- He/She must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working in a team oriented environment is preferable.
