Job description / Role
Identify and exploit new HVAC sales opportunities from client database as provided by Regional Sales Manager. Includes site visits, customer service and managing complaints, submittals, product approval and negotiating pricing in direct liaising with branch in Dubai.
Monitor existing customer accounts to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.
Achieve yearly targets and manage sales teams.
Accomplish approvals for company products, systems & services with all leading consultants, contractors & clients.
Settle deviations and finalize technically and commercially sound offers in compliance with requirements and company policy.
Maintain awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
Engage effectively in all marketing activities to achieve market penetration in HVAC Business.

Quotes up to SR 5 million
Budget on disposal: SAR 15 million
KPI Measures
Project follow up report
Pending sales order report
Debtor’s statement
Budget & Invoicing report.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
Proficient in MS Office
Minimum 10 years experience in industry and at least 3 years in Senior Managerial Level with proven sales experience.
Thorough knowledge on the products
