Sales Manager - HVAC Spare Parts

Job description / Role

Our client is a multinational manufacturer of HVAC equipment. With a regional headquarters in UAE and a network of offices across the MENA region, they now require an experienced Sales Manager for their Kuwait operation to manage their spare parts and aftermarket division.

Based in Kuwait and reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the spare parts division. You will have overall responsibility to drive the revenue and profitability of this department. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of sales engineers and sales representatives
- Setting budgets, sales targets and KPIs
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy for the division
- Interacting with customers on all levels to ensure sales follow-through
- Achieving sales target

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline
- MBA is desirable
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial position
- Strong understanding of aftermarket business within HVAC industry
- Strong network of contact within Kuwait market is desirable
