THE ROLE:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Direct Reports: Sales Specialist, Application Specialist and Sales Supervisor
Compensation Package: Minimum 13,000 AED and may go up depending on experience/qualifications

THE JOB SUMMARY:

Major Responsibilities:
1. The Sales manager should be equipped with product knowledge to be able to position his team.
2. Prepare the Main Methods of Market Segmentation: Geographically Segmentation, Multi- Variable account segmentation, Segmentation by benefits
3. As a Sales Leader, the main and sole responsible in the achievement of Sales Target
4. Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet these objectives within a time frame.
5. Responsible in relaying administrative SOPs to sales force, e.g. orders, request for evaluation, request for supplies.
6. Sales and Logistics Coordination
7. Constant coordination with all department heads to ensure the harmonious working environment.
8. Reporting to CEO in a regular basis of the achievement e.g. every twice a week, monthly, quarterly, year end business review.
9. At the beginning of each month, counsel with each salesperson to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan. Use these to help your sales people maximize their potential. Review the performance of your salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements.
10. Coaching sales people.
11. Develop sales forces Recruiting / hiring as per the approval by management and main person to give training to salespeople.
12. Responsible in supervising big tenders and constant coordination with sales force.
13. Maintain a self development program.
14. Liase with Government Accounts & Projects.
15. Be involved in the selling operation.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Age Range: 30 - 45
Nationality Preference: Any nationality with slight preference to Indian
Languages: English
Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience
Minimum Educational Level: Bachelors Degree in any healthcare related course
Skills: Must be sales-driven and target-oriented who will develop the companys sales force in achieving targets and goals, must have excellent product knowledge, proficient in preparing and delivering reports and should be able to coordinate with different department heads & liaise with potential/existing clients.
