The Role


For a Large Multinational Company from Germany - Automotive Industry

- Initially conduct a market study about the potential for Hydraulics systems in the following applications in the Arab Peninsula mainly within Cement, Mineral processing and Materials Handling: Bucket Wheel Reclaimers, Wheel Loaders, Kilns, Mills, Cooler, Belt conveyors, Screw feeder, Apron feeders, Ship unloaders, Bucket Wheel Excavators, Crushers, Stackers, Roller Press, Clinker Crusher, Calciner, Wagon tipplers (Car dumper), Shredders, Hydraulic Belt Tensioning Device.

- Acting as the regional sales person and visit end users, consultants and OEMs in the Arab Peninsula on a regular basis.
- Coordinate the new sales and develop the business with a high focus on growth.
- Develop a strategy to target customers (end-users, consultants and OEMs) in the above mentioned applications in coordination with the headquarter in Germany and Sweden.
- Conduct trainings and workshops in the above mentioned applications in order to raise awareness about the advantage of the Company Product solution.
- Coordinate the after-sales support with the local partners and the headquarters in order to insure satisfied customers and repeat orders.
- Attend local fairs, events, trainings, meetings and conferences related to the above applications in order to stay in touch with all the development and all new projects in the area and to become an industry expert
- Report activities on a monthly basis to local management and also headquarter in Europe in order to insure full coordination.
- Decide on sales tools needed in order to insure market awareness of the company product in the above application.

Requirements


Requirements


Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering Automotive engineering education.
Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills to support clients, ability to travel frequently especially to Saudi Arabia, Fluent English & Arabic, creative, energetic and solution-oriented with an interest for technical issues, commercial driven and result oriented with a strong strategic mind, relations in and knowledge of major end users, consultants and OEMs on the market, proven results from business management towards relevant industrial markets.

Minimum 3 years working experience with electrical motors/gearboxes or Hydraulic motors.
