Job description / Role
Package Up To BD1400 Monthly + Medical + Annual Ticket
On behalf of our client, a global insurance & service provider, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their office in Bahrain.
Your main objective is to implement and develop the sales initiatives approved by the Management and in accordance with the commercial strategies and policies in force, in order to ensure the correct positioning of the company's products in the market and increase sales.
Your main responsibility will be to develop the business and analyze the market to find new customer segments and market niches, entering into new sales agreements as well as maintaining those in force, seeking to increase sales and improve and secure company's position in the market.
Requirements
The successful candidate comes from Insurance or Banking Services with over 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development. You have an university degree and speak & write fluent English. You have good knowledge of insurance market in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Middle East. You are enthusiastic to expand the awareness of the brand and company. You should have a valid GCC Driving License and your own car. Candidates below 35 years old will be preferred.
