Job description / Role
Seeking a Sales Manager capable of managing and developing client relationships within the UAE
Candidates must have 10 years Sales experience with at least 3 years in the UAE.
Ideal experience would be within the Interior Design, Fit-Out and Furniture sector and specifically within the Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Commercial Office, Residential, Banking, Leisure and Retail markets
Candidate must be an energetic ambitious hardworking Manager with proven experience in running the business development needs of an organisation
Previous experience and success in a similar role is essential and knowledge of this industry and its contacts is preferred
Requirements
Additional Qualifications:
Prepare yearly sales plan and budget
Prepare the lead and quotation status report on a weekly basis
Complete pre-qualification procedures with potential clients and consultants
Visit existing and potential clients
Negotiate contracts
Follow up on and obtain approvals on submittals
Debt collection
Establish and maintain good customer relationships with clients at all times
