Job description / Role
Grow the sales business of Marine spare parts and technical services within the dedicated sales area
Promote company's Marine products, do direct sales and with customers (Promoting, Quoting, Contracting) and indirect sales via sales teams from other branch offices.
Manage the current customer base and setup new customer relations and partner cooperation’s
Do market evaluation and market development in territories which are not actively covered by the current sales structure. Predominantly Arabic speaking local markets in the Middle East and North African Region.
Make strategic Sales plans and support the management in defining periodic business plans and annual budgets
Represent the company at trade fairs, summits and events
Gather market information and data about competitors
Requirements
Engineering background preferred: with exposure in marine environment highly preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years direct Sales experience with marine equipment preferred.
Good understanding of basic Marine environment, basics of propulsion, components / elements in a marine drive line, types of propulsion systems etc.
Proactive personality, hands on mentality, self motivated
Organized, target oriented, able to work under pressure
Experience with MS Office: Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Mobility Requirements:
Valid UAE drivers license
Able to travel within the GCC
