Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational media company. With their head office in London and a strong presence in Dubai for over a decade, our client is looking to hire a dynamic, driven to succeed Sales Manager to join an expanding team.
Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating a medium sized sales team. You will also generate revenue personally from top key accounts. This position will involve helping the sales team exceed targets through coaching and training looking at all opportunities of upselling and cross-selling. Working closely with other heads of departments in the business, you will outline the sales strategy in line with other areas and set KPIs.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ sales management experience ideally within the media or events sector. You should also have a successful track record of personal sales and the ability to motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Additionally, you should possess strong negotiation and communication skills while regional experience, contacts and knowledge would be highly advantageous.
